DISCUSS YOUR SCHOOL'S NEEDS

WHY THIS SERVICE EXISTS

Admissions change faster than any school can track

Counsellors are expected to understand multiple admissions systems, application platforms, deadlines, essays, interviews, testing policies, and country-specific requirements, often while managing a full student caseload. No single team can keep pace with every change alone. This is where we help.

Being invited to train a school’s own counselling team reflects a rare level of institutional trust, particularly within the Greek educational landscape. Our role is not only to support students directly, but to help schools strengthen the guidance they provide from within.

"This is not distant consultancy. It is practical admissions knowledge, passed from people who work with applications every year to the teams guiding students every day."

THE PREMISE OF THE PROGRAMME

01

A rapidly changing landscape

Testing policies, essay expectations, platform updates, deadlines, and selection criteria shift from cycle to cycle. What worked two admissions rounds ago may now mislead a student.

02

Different systems, different logic

A strong US application is built very differently from a strong UCAS application, and national systems across Europe and Asia follow their own rules. Each route requires a different strategy.

03

Limited time to stay current

School teams rarely have protected time for admissions research. We compress the year’s most important developments into focused sessions, so staying current takes hours, not months.

WHAT WE COVER

Nine areas, three core disciplines

Each programme is built around your school’s needs. We select and weight the areas below according to your students’ destinations, your team’s experience, and the level of support required.

1

KNOWING THE LANDSCAPE

Systems & Platforms

How universities select, and how each admissions route actually works.

University admissions systems

Criteria, timelines, and what carries weight in each destination.

Platform navigation

Common App, UCAS, UC portals, and national systems, explained without confusion.

Emerging admissions trends

Testing policy, AI and authenticity, essay expectations, and shifting acceptance patterns.

2

BUILDING THE CANDIDATE

Strategy & Profile

Turning a student’s record into a credible, coherent, and competitive candidacy.

Application strategy

Balanced university lists with a clear reason behind every choice.

Student profile development

Research, activities, leadership, and academic direction built over time, not rushed at the end.

Scholarships & financial aid

How funding realities shape sensible university choices and application planning.

3

MAKING THE CASE

The Application Itself

Where guidance becomes writing, evidence, and interview performance.

Essays & personal statements

Helping students understand the difference between strong, personal, and merely polished.

Recommendation letters

What admissions readers look for, and how schools can write with detail and purpose.

Interviews

Oxbridge, medicine MMIs, selective-course interviews, and university-specific preparation.

ADMISSIONS PLATFORMS & SYSTEMS
